NCMA Fall Boat Show

Fills Jack London Square

The 32nd annual Northern California FALL Boat Show runs September 13-21, and includes over 100 yachts in the water and over 200 trailer boats on land. This year’s highlights include one of California’s best fishing guides, Craig Hanson, and his weekend seminars on where and how to get the best and biggest fish in the fall season. The long-running event takes place in Jack London Square and the attached marina.

Many yachts will debut here for the first time in Northern California, including the new Linssen 43 Trawler, Meridian 408, Carver 444, Albin 30 Aft Cabin, Ocean Alexander 70, Catalina 387, Sabre 426, Navigator 44, and Rodman sportfisher, as well as yachts from distant countries like Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand, France, Great Britain, and China. Families are encouraged to come to the show and enjoy the interactive games and demonstrations.

Many attendees look forward to the special season-ending prices that dealers put on ski boats and other trailer boats. The fall season also brings out a lot of serious cruising sailors who look for the latest in offshore sailing yachts. From rubber inflatables costing under $2,000 to mega-yachts that will set you back millions, the Fall Boat Show is not to be missed.

Besides, where can you go to enjoy your love of boating coupled with the beauty of Jack London Square and all its great restaurants, shops, and views? Information and adult discount tickets are available at www.ncma.com. Show hours are weekdays, noon to 6 pm, and weekends, 10 am to 6 pm.
