Bay Crossings Publisher Joel Williams recently booked a five-hour Tomales Bay kayaking tour through the local outdoor guide service, Outback Adventures. The tour uses two-person kayaks due to their stability and ease of use, and the tour was designed with beginners in mind. After a brief lesson on how to use the gear and correct paddling techniques from a friendly guide, Joel was off and on his way for a beautiful day of kayaking.
