The Sausalito Art Lounge, owned by Mark Reuben Gallery, has re-created the upstairs gallery with darkened wall space and gallery lighting and is now available to rent. New and established artists now have an opportunity to exhibit their work in this upstairs gallery at 12 Princess Street, next door to Starbucks. New for 2004, the studio is available on a monthly basis for artists wanting primo Sausalito wall space or for those who wish to learn to successfully produce an event, work with the media, learn the art of sales, etc.

Mark Reuben has two galleries displaying classic photo reproductions; one a few doors up from the Art Lounge in Sausalito and another in San Francisco at Ghirardelli Square. Mark, who is managed by L.J., a local public relations professional in the community, is a gifted photographer himself, and has learned over the past 20 years how to be a successful art retailer in the top two tourist cities in the San Francisco Bay Area. Mark and L.J. invite new and established artists to work with them to learn how to expand their presence in the public’s eye. The Art Lounge is also available for classes, morning meetings, book signings, or workshops. It is a unique upstairs space with a pool table. Call L.J. at (415) 331-9569 for rates and artist information.
