Last Beam Set for the Met

January celebrated the setting in place of the final beam on top of Crescent Heights, the newest Bay Area option in elegant living. THE METROPOLITAN is a two-tower, multistory luxury condominium complex on Rincon Hill. Finishing the structural portion of the construction phase of the second tower brought all participants together. The beam was covered with signatures of the construction team, architects, and Crescent Heights managers and local sales teams. After an old-fashioned BBQ lunch and very short speeches, the gathering of over 100 people cheered as the beam lifted into the air with the American flag waving in the clear blue winter sky.
The Metropolitan is located at the corner of Folsom and Frist Streets in San Francisco. The two buildings rise up around a central amenities complex. Corner condominium units have elegantly curved floor-to-ceiling windows providing panoramic views of the City and the Bay.
