Did you guess our October Where Is It? Well, Adam Reeves of San Francisco did, and he was the first to call with the answer. It’s Oyster Bay Regional Park, part of the East Bay Regional Park system, in San Leandro, very near Oakland International Airport. The sculpture is called Rising Waves and it’s by Roger Barry.
